Kevin, who is the Head of Academics l of SATS, obtained his first doctorate from Stellenbosch University and his Ph.D. from SATS. He has a deeply insightful approach to theology and has already made a significant contribution in his relatively short career.

Willem, who has a D.Th.in Practical Theology, currently holds the position of Head of the Undergraduate School of SATS. He has lectured at a various universities and colleges. Willem has written a number of academic articles and presented papers at various conferences.

Apart from his IT skills, Mathieu has a B.A. Biblical Studies and Master’s in both Old Testament and Biblical Languages. From 2006, he worked for the Theological College of Zimbabwe as a lecturer in the Biblical Studies Department and was also their Director of IT Development.

Dr. Robert Brodie

Ph.D.
Robert completed his doctoral Studies at St. Augustine. He has many years of experience in education at various levels, particularly distance education. He served as a teacher trainer and senior administrator at a College of Education that provided further education for serving teachers by means of distance education.
Dr. Mark Pretorius

Ph.D.
Mark, who began his academic journey at SATS, obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Pretoria, where he focused on the interaction between science and theology, including integrating evolution and the creative acts of God found in Genesis 1-2. He has published many journal articles.
Prof. Mervin van der Spuy
Senior Academic
D.Th., B.Pharm.
Mervin obtained his doctorate at UNISA and served as the Head of the Association of Christian Counsellors of South Africa, before being appointed as Professor of Counselling Psychology at Providence Seminary in Canada. He has served as Vice-Chair of the International Network of Christian Counsellors.
Dr. Noel Woodbridge

Noel has a D.Ed in Philosophy of Education from UNISA and a D.Th in Practical Theology from the University of Zululand and was awarded a bursary create a Faculty Exchange at the San Diego State University. Noel has published numerous journal articles in the fields of Education and Practical Theology and has presented several papers to professional audiences.

Patrick obtained his B.Th. in 2005. He then taught at the world Revival School of Ministry. From 2007 to 2008, after assessment by the Alliance Française, he was involved in translating didactic materials from English to French
Seyram Amenyedzi
PhD Missiology
Brigitte Seyram Amenyedzi (Rev) has a strong passion to help marginalized people in society especially persons with disability, women and children. She obtained her PhD from Stellenbosch University.
Mr. Bert Barnes
M.Th. candidate
Bert is a successful pharmacist, having bought or started a chain of 12 retail pharmacies in the course of his career. In 2006 he sold the last of his pharmacies and retired. Bert is known to have salvaged the Middelburg branch of child welfare from being disbanded, to be a viable organisation again. He has widely divergent interests; from playing the piano to wildlife to flying his own plane.
Mr. Eugene Baron

Eugene has completed a BA (Psychology) Honours degree and is a PhD candidate. and a lecturer at UNISA. This multi-talented man is also involved in the publishing of Missionalia: Southern African Journal of Missiology, is an assessor/tutor for TEEC and a facilitator for SATS.

Jose was General Manager of Sulzer SA 1989–2007 and Chairman of the board of Sulzer Zambia 2006–2007. He is an external marker for Lewende Woord Bible College and is part of the academic staff of SATS.

Izaak obtained his B.Th. hons. from SATS. He works as an academic assistant for both SATS and the Timothy Ministry Team.

Ph.D.
Robert, holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from SATS and also studied Architecture at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (NMMU). He is the author of ‘Spectacular Atonement: Envisioning the Cross of Christ in an African Perspective’. Currently he is involved in research development at SATS.

Originally from the Congo, Félix has served since 2006 as the Associate Pastor and Sunday School Director of Bellevue Baptist Church. As well as being a course supervisor for SATS, he is responsible for translation of courses into the French language.
Dr. Jesse Kipimo
D.Th.
Jesse obtained his D.Th. from the UNISA. He is currently heading and lecturing at Central African School of Missiology in Lubumbashi, DRC and is the dean in charge of academic affairs at Exousia School of Theology and Ministry in Zambia. Jesse has published three books.

Pelham holds an M.Phil. from the University of Port Elizabeth and is registered for a Ph.D. in Development Studies at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. He is registered as an educator with the SACE and a Counsellor Specialist with the Council of Counsellors in South Africa.

Ph.D.
Ezekiel obtained his Ph.D.from the University of Pretoria. He has pastored a church in Orange Farm and is presently Head of the Ministry Development Cluster of Grace Bible Church. Ezekiel has two publications to his credit.

Candida received her masters from UNIA, specialising in Specializing in Pastoral Therapy. She is a therapist at Toad Hall Therapy Centre, where she works with children with emotional, cognitive and social disabilities. Candida also pastors at Grace Communion International (Sandringham).
Mr. Mzayifani Mzebetshana
M.Th., (Ph.D. cand.)
Mzayifani holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree (Electrical Engineering Heavy Current), Durban Institute of Technology, 2004. He has worked for Eskom since 2003 and is presently employed in Middle Manager Project Engineering in Eskom Group Technology, Engineering. Mzayifani has been working as a tutor for SATS since 2012.

Susan’s background is in administrative management; however, she has a passion for studying of God’s Word in order to teach others to seek Truth for themselves. Sue purposefully seeks to practice hospitality as she enjoys spending time with people and mentoring and encouraging them.
Mrs. Bev van Rensburg
M.Th.
Bev has taught in secular education for about twenty five years (mainly Biology) and has worked for both Trans World Radio and Radio Pulpit. She has an M.Th. in Practical Theology, and has published a number of family oriented books. Bev’s Special joy is in training women and youth (especially where marginalised) and their carers/mentors – both males and females.

Quinton has held a large and varied number of secular posts in South Africa and worked as a youth pastor in Kempton Park, Rosebank and George as well as serving on the board of .Sinatemba Home (Halfway house for teenagers) He is presently Senior Minister of Nollamara Church of Christ Perth WA, Australia. Quinton is the founder and administrator of a Youth Pastor Resource Web Site (www.ypastor.com).

Bert Watson is the founder of Leading Edge Christian Ministries and the African Forum on Leader Development. He holds an MAGL from Fuller Seminary and a PhD from SATS. He is working with SATS on the development of the Higher Certificate in Christian Leadership.
