Outstanding Old Testament Seminar
Dr Chris Wright, the International Ministries Director of Langham Partnership, will be taking a one-day seminar in Rivonia on 1st June 2013. Many of the courses you (our SATS students) study include a variety of different aspects of the Old Testament. All our students would therefore greatly benefit by the insights that Dr Wright shares. We therefore really do urge students to attend this event if at all possible.

ESSENTIAL STUDENT INFORMATION
ASSIGNMENTS:

It is important that SATS students be proficient in submitting assignments and taking tests on MySats. Please log in and familiarize yourselves with the resources on the Home page of MySats , especially relating to submitting assignments. Note that assignment file names should not contain special characters like + or &.

FREE DEMO COURSE:
To help you there is a free, self-guided demonstration course on how to use MySats effectively for which all students should enrol themselves. To do so, follow the link to the MySats Demonstration Course on the Home page under Courses > General. The course is very short (less than one hour to complete) and helpful, especially as you are preparing to take tests or exams online. There are no marks or credits for the course.

GENERAL FORUM:
Students are encouraged to subscribe to the General Forum on the Home page. (You should change your forum subscription settings in your profile to reduce your e-mails to one message per day. Instructions for doing so are given in the Technical Helps section on the Home page.)

TESTS:
Regarding tests: If, for any reason, you lose your connection to MySats whilst taking a test you should simply return to the test and continue with it — as long as the time limit has not been exceeded.

Even if you have been a long-time student, visit the Demonstration Course to check your procedures and streamline your submissions.
